Are You Ready to Become a Leader? An assessment for Technical Professionals

This brief assessment will give you immediate feedback on your readiness to move to the role of leader. Answer the questions with your first response. There are no right or wrong answers. It will highlight those areas where you may need to focus as you make the transition from individual contributor to a leadership role.
